Why one client at a time?
We focus on one client at a time to give you an unrivaled experience, fastest turnaround, and best possible masters.
What's the typical turnaround?
Final masters are delivered the next business day after approval. Your session stays recalled and ready throughout your full booking period for any necessary changes and ongoing tweaks.
What formats do you deliver?
24-bit / native sample rate WAV, 16-bit / 44.1 kHz CD-quality WAV, MP3 reference, and CD production DDP. Apple Digital Masters WAV, vinyl and cassette premaster WAV, instrumentals, and alternate mixes are available by request and included within reason during your booking period.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You get unlimited changes within reason throughout your booking period during business hours. If you’re unable to approve your masters, you don’t pay the remaining balance — that’s our approval guarantee. (Booking deposit is non-refundable.)
